We know the future and the present value of living in one of this 2 destinations, that is why we decided to build some of our best developments there, luxury, exclusivity and a reasonable price is what you will find in the oceanfront tower Horizon Sky Residences, or in the private development named Marina Gardens Villas in Mazatlan. If you are willing to live in Puerto Vallarta we have the beautiful development called “Las moras”.
Mazatlan is a city in the Mexican State of Sinaloa. It is located on the Pacific coast, just across from the southernmost tip of the Baja California peninsula.
Mazatlan is a Nahuatl word meaning “place of the deer.” The city was founded in the 1820s. By the mid-1800s a large group of immigrants had arrived from Germany. These new citizens developed Mazatlan into a thriving commercial seaport, importing equipment for the nearby gold and silver mines. It served as the capital of Sinaloa from 1859 to 1873.
Mazatlan has some of the best seafood restaurants in the world. From modest-looking seafood stunner Los Arcos to first-class gourmet establishments, there are hundreds of delicious restaurants just waiting to be discovered!
Altata Bay is the third largest port in the state of Sinaloa, surpassed only by Mazatlán and Topolobampo. Altata’s origins go back to the early 19th century, when facilities were first set up for unloading cargo ships. This large estuary in the Gulf of California is located between the mainland and Redo Island. Being a top-notch seaport, Altata greatly contributed to the region’s heyday in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Altata’s long, lovely beaches are, naturally, a great source of recreation, and fishing for red snapper, mullet, sea bass, marlin and the legendary sailfish is a favorite activity. Fishing boats can be rented at the docks scattered throughout this idyllic town. The indigenous word Altata means, “where water abounds”, and its beautiful beaches provide stunning seascapes.
Altata is a protected area filled with mangroves, gigantic palm trees, lilies, spectacular coral reefs and a seemingly endless variety of marine life. Fishing is most popular in the nearest estuaries, and the trophies from the sea are outstanding. One of the region’s major tourist destinations, Altata is a place for picture taking, collecting souvenirs from the sand, and, of course, exploring deserted beaches like nowhere else in the country
Puerto Vallarta is a Mexican resort city situated on the Pacific Ocean’s Bahía de Banderas (Banderas Bay). The population is ever-increasing however, because of Vallarta’s development into a retirement hot-spot/haven, as well as its booming Real Estate industry.
It is extremely well protected by Banderas Bay, providing great swimming beaches and a beautiful nightly view of the sunset. The city is divided into four main parts from north to south: The Marina, Hotel Zone, El Centro (Downtown), and The Romantic Zone. Further to the north, you can find Nuevo Vallarta, the cities of Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Jalisco’s border with the state of Nayarit. Heading south, you’ll run into glorious properties situated on the cliffs of Conchas Chinas and the beautiful beaches of Mismaloya.
